The Web Research Outlook Toolbar disappears
Here are some reasons why the Web Research Outlook Add-in can
disappear:
- Outlook has disabled the add-in due to an error
it encountered
- Other security tools like Norton Internet Security,
McAfee „Script Stopper“, or Advanced Outlook Security from MAPILab
could have disabled the add-in. In this case, you must teach them
not to touch the WR Outlook Add-in.
How to Repair the Web Research Outlook Add-in:
- On the Start menu, click Control
Panel and click Add or Remove
Programs.
- In the list, select Web Research Outlook
Add-in and click support information.
- Click Repair.
- Restart Outlook.
