The Web Research Outlook Toolbar disappears

Here are some reasons why the Web Research Outlook Add-in can disappear:

  • Outlook has disabled the add-in due to an error it encountered
  • Other security tools like Norton Internet Security, McAfee „Script Stopper“, or Advanced Outlook Security from MAPILab could have disabled the add-in. In this case, you must teach them not to touch the WR Outlook Add-in.

How to Repair the Web Research Outlook Add-in:

  1. On the Start menu, click Control Panel and click Add or Remove Programs.
  2. In the list, select Web Research Outlook Add-in and click support information.
  3. Click Repair.

  4. Restart Outlook.

If the toolbar still does not load, contact support@macropool.com.
