Error when opening a network collection in Web Research Professional

1. Start Web Research Server Manager
   (Start, All Programs, Web Research Network Add-on)
    
2. Verify the database version as shown here:
   
   
    
3. If the version is lower than 1.7 you should update the network extension as described here.
