How to save single parts of a Web page

Web Research adds commands to the shortcut menus in Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. You can use these commands to save specific elements of Web pages.


Note for Mozilla Firefox users: Before you can use Web Research with Firefox,
you must download and install the Web Research Extension for Firefox first.

How to save a picture

Right-click the picture on a Web page that you want to save,
and then click Web Research: Save Picture.

How to save a selection

Right-click in the current selection where neither a picture nor a link is located,
and then click Web Research: Save Selection.

How to save a single frame

Right-click in the frame that you want to save,
and then click Web Research: Save Page Area (Frame).

How to save a link address

Right-click the link on a Web page that you want to save,
and then click Web Research: Save Link Address As.
