Export documents and folders
ContentSaver offers various methods to export documents and folders:
- Export as files in original format
- Export as "Single File Web Page" (mht format)
- Export as a Document Package
- Create a Web Page Presentation
- Export the ContentSaver address of a document
- Print documents
- Transfer to Microsoft Word
- Programming API
- External linking via ContentSaver protocol handler
Sending by e-mail
You can forward saved documents in three ways:
- Send as attachment (mht file containing all images)
- Send as list of links
- Send as ContentSaver Document Package
Importing documents
You can import the following data:
- Internet Explorer Favorites
- Existing files and folders from disk
- E-Mails from MS Outlook via VBA macro
- Text clippings from any application via clipboard
- Screen clippings
